    • There will be step-by-step questions to allow Frankie and yourself to understand where you are in your fitness and nutrition journey.

    • Everyone has a unique starting point, and Frankie is here to give you both exercise and nutrition advice to help you design a program best suited for you!

    • It is not recommended. It is crucial to have a full understanding of your physical and nutritional patterns before building a program.

    • Even if you have been training for a while and have experience and knowledge about your goals, it is still beneficial to have a new professional perspective to progress further.

  • If you respond better to physical cues or prefer in-person communication, in-person training will help you progress better.

    If you learn better by understanding the instructions and prefer working in the space you have more control over, the virtual training might fit you better. There is no difference for Frankie providing coaching. The price difference is for the gym rental.

    • It is recommended at least 1 week training with Frankie before you start following the program to ensure your form is correct and effective.

    • For folks need more hands on instructions, it is recommended to have 1-1 sessions every other week.

    • For folks have hard time to build the routine, it is recommended to have first 4 weeks of 1-1 training to develop the habit.

    • You can make changes as needed.

    • Program-Based-Coaching is monthly charged.

    • If you need to pause for more than 2 weeks, it is recommended to inform your coach 1 week in advance.
